Hi, I’m Charley—a traveller, musician, personal trainer and qualified wellbeing coach. My journey began over a decade ago when I faced personal challenges, including mental health struggles and an eating disorder. Through healing, I reconnected with my love for music, travel, and spirituality, and discovered a deeper purpose: supporting others on their paths to wholeness and balance.
I’m on a lifelong journey of learning and growth, exploring the wisdom of ancient cultures, spiritual practices like Buddhist and Hindu meditation, and tools like depth psychology and practical methods. As a certified meditation teacher and personal trainer, I’ve been privileged to guide large group sessions at wellbeing and fitness festivals, offer group guided meditations, talks on the mind’s connection to frequency and sound, and support clients worldwide through remote 1:1 coaching.
I believe that by sharing the lessons I’ve learned—through my travels, personal experiences, and ongoing discoveries—I can help others feel less alone and more empowered to create lives that feel true and fulfilling.
